We are currently looking for a full-time Junior Controller (gn) to join our team at our Headquarters in Hasselt, Belgium, with an immediate start date. This position offers a hybrid work model with two office days per week.

Your Role

• Act as a hands-on Controller and the right hand to the Finance Director
• Manage group reporting and cash flow analysis
• Contribute to the development of a mature finance back office
• Oversee consolidation processes
• Implement guidelines and procedures
• Participate in group integration projects
• If needed, you will support your colleagues with general accounting tasks.
• Preparation for auditfile
• Peparation of statutory requirements (annual accounts, minutes)

Your Skills

• A degree (Bachelor's/Master's) in accounting, economics, or equivalent experience
• You have about 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
• Preferably, you have an audit background
• Expert proficiency in Excel
• Good knowledge of local (BE) GAAP
• Good knowledge of Power BI and Lucanet is a plus
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written; proficiency in additional languages such as German or French is a significant advantage
• A proactive team player with a hands-on approach to work
