We are looking for you as Junior Technical Writer (gn) to join our Customer Care Team for our headquartes in Fulda, Germany or remote in Germany (with occasional onsite days) during parental leave.

Your Role

• You create documentation for DataPlatform, hardware and software
• You research information from Product Management, Developers and FAEs
• You coordinate upcoming tasks independently
• You maintain the Proemion Documentation Library
• You maintain the Proemion Documentation Chat Bot
• You write and publish application notes

Your Skills

• Successfully completed training as a technical writer, skilled worker or technician (electrical engineering or comparable) with appropriate further training
• Ideally experience in the technical documentation of SaaS applications, software products or embedded devices (ideally CAN and CANopen products)
• Good technical understanding
• Good, comprehensible way of expression
• Careful, structured and independent working style
• Confident handling of version management systems such as GitHub
• Ideally experience in creating documentation with MkDocs or similar systems
• Self-organization and willingness to learn
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English
